Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup applesauce or vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup buttermilk or milk
1 cup fresh or thawed blueberries
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp butter softened, you can also soften it in the microwave for 10 second but it CANNOT be melted
1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Then add milk, egg, and applesauce and mix.
 Fold in blueberries and fill greased cupcake pan.
 In a bowl mix together brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and flour
Top muffins with sugar mixture and back for 20 minutes or until done.
                                          
Take out and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan
