Healthy Chicken Nuggets


Ingredients

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese 
1/4 cup of egg beaters
2 tbsp of olive oil
Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Begin by cutting chicken into nuggets. Then coat in a mixture of the egg beaters and olive oil.


Then coat in a mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.


Place on a baking sheet that has been lightly covered in cooking spray. Cook for 8-10 minutes then turn over and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Ensure that chicken is cooked thoroughly.


Enjoy with a side of BBQ sauce or your favorite dipping sauce for chicken!
