A Flat Cuban Sandwich



Ingredients: (1 serving)
1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
2 slices of turkey
2 slices of ham
1 low sodium pickle
1 tsp of light mayo
1 tsp of whole seed mustard
1 slice of swiss cheese

Spread mayo and mustard on tortilla, then place in pan on medium heat. Place cheese on one side of tortilla.


Then top with turkey, ham, and diced pickles. After about 2 minutes fold in half and cook until brown on both sides.


Serve with your favorite chips or side :)
