Chicken Teriyaki with Broccoli and Mushrooms



Ingredients
(4 servings)

1lb of boneless skinless chicken breast
1 package of broccoli
1/2 package of mushrooms
1/2 cup f teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup of chicken broth, reduced sodium
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 Cups of Brown Rice
4 scallions chopped
Olive Oil

Begin by cooking garlic in olive oil for one minute, then add chicken to brown


Once chicken has browned, add chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, green onions, and mushrooms.


Meanwhile steam broccoli and prepare brown rice. When broccoli has cooked add to the pan with chicken and vegetables. 

Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes then serve over brown rice and enjoy!
