Ranch Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
2lbs of small red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 packet of ranch dressing mix

Preheat oven to 350
Dice Potatoes into bite site pieces, I quartered most of mine but you some I have to cut more because they were bigger.
 In a bowl evenly coat with olive oil
 Then pour the ranch pack on the potatoes and put the lid on the bowl and shake to coat.
 Now lay on a baking sheet, I used a casserole dish and they were not cooked evenly so I would use a baking sheet next time.
 Bake for 45 minutes and enjoy!
