Apple Pie Egg Rolls

Ingredients:
3 cups of apples diced or shredded (the light green delicious apples!) not granny smith
5 egg roll wrappers
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 brown sugar
In a saucepan melt butter and add brown sugar, cinnamon, and apples you can add more or less cinnamon to taste if you want.
 Cook apples until tender then place in a bowl and place in fridge to cool for 30 mintues
 Lay out egg roll wrapper
 Place apples on the center evenly.
 Fold the bottom up and the sides in, there is a picture on the back of the package of the egg roll wrappers

 Make sure to moisten the last flap so that is will stick and the egg roll will stay together.
 Perfecto!
 Heat oil to 350 degrees and cook for about 5 minutes or until evenly golden brown on all sides. Make sure that the oil is not to hot or you will just burn the outside and the inside will not cook.
 Serve will powdered sugar and ice cream with a little Carmel sauce. YUM!
