Mushroom and Feta Marsala Chicken

I wanted to take what I loved about the last recipe with the feta cheese and mushrooms and try and create it in an easy dish that can be cooked in one pan.



Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

3 Chicken Tenderloins, Boneless Skinless
1/4 cup of feta cheese
1/4 cup of marsala wine
1 package of sliced portabella mushrooms
Oregano 
Garlic Salt
Pepper

Begin by coating chicken in garlic salt, oregano, and pepper mixture. Then brown chicken on both sides.

After browned add feta cheese, marsala wine, and mushrooms, When chicken is no longer pink in the center, remove chicken and continue cooking mushrooms until soft. 


When mushrooms have finished cooking top the chicken with mushrooms.
