Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
3 Chicken Tenderloins, Boneless Skinless
1/4 cup of feta cheese
1/4 cup of marsala wine
1 package of sliced portabella mushrooms
Oregano
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Begin by coating chicken in garlic salt, oregano, and pepper mixture. Then brown chicken on both sides.
After browned add feta cheese, marsala wine, and mushrooms, When chicken is no longer pink in the center, remove chicken and continue cooking mushrooms until soft.
When mushrooms have finished cooking top the chicken with mushrooms.
