Skillet Chicken Parm

Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breast fileted into 4 pieces
1 small onion diced
4-6 garlic cloves minced
1/2-3/4 cup of red wine
3 14.5 oz cans of crushed tomatoes I used one 29 oz can of crushed tomatoes and then one can of fire roasted diced tomatoes and used my food processor to crush them.
2 tbsp basil
1-2 tbsp sugar
Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper then flour. Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in large skillet and add chicken. Cook until golden on both sides then take out and set aside. Add onions to skillet and cook until translucent. 
 Add garlic and cook for another minute
 Add wine
 Cook until reduced by half
 Add tomatoes
 Add sugar, basil, salt, pepper, and garlic
 Let cook for 20-25 minutes then add chicken back to pan.
 Top with cheese
 Put a lid on the skillet until cheese melts
 Serve with noodles and enjoy!
