Blackened Bass

Ingredients:
4-8 fillets of bass or any other white fish
4 tbsp butter
Blackening seasoning

Melt butter on a plate
 Turn in butter and sprinkle with blackening seasoning. Heat iron skillet to the hottest temperature.
 Now cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked.
 Enjoy!!
