The Lighter Side of Pasta Salad

Ingredients

4 pieces of Extra Lean Turkey Bacon
8 oz. of macaroni
2 tomatoes on the vine
1 cup of spinach
3 tbsp of fat free mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook turkey bacon and chop, set aside


Chop tomatoes and add to bowl, mix to mayonnaise, and spinach. Mix in cooled macaroni. Mix in bacon right before serving.
