Homemade Pizza- The Best Kind!

This past weekend my sister Jessica and I talked about creating a food blog because we are both a little obsessed with food. So, we are starting our blog and will try our best to post step by step pictures when possible. And we will be sure to post the recipe and anything we would change about it if we were to make it again. Thanks and enjoy!
Colleen

Recipe for dough Whisk 3 3/4 cups flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and add 1 1/3 cups warm water, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 packet yeast. When foamy, mix in 3 tablespoons olive oil; knead until smooth, 5 minutes. Brush with olive oil, cover in a bowl and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour 30 minutes. Divide into two 1-pound balls. Use 1 pound per recipe unless noted.
Preheat your oven to 380 degrees. The first pizza I made was a BBQ chicken and onion pizza and the second was pepperoni, onion, and mushroom. Spread the dough out on a baking sheet or stoneware if you have any. Make sure you lightly grease the pan so that the dough does not stick. After you press your dough out you want to build out the crust the way you like it. Add your sauce, it can be ranch, BBQ, tomato, or whatever sauce you want. And build your pizza the way you like it. NOTE: If you use too much sauce you might have a soggy pizza and have a sauce over flow in your oven.

If you try any of our recipes feel free to leave comments, questions, or concerns!!
