Quick and Easy Tomato Bisque

Ingredients:
2 cans of tomato soup
1 can of diced tomatos
1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon of basil (if you have fresh use 1 leaf and if you really like basil use 2 leaves)
1-2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Croutons (optional)

 Add all ingredients to the pan except butter, add butter when you bring soup to a simmer. Let simmer until butter is melted. If you want to continue cooking for flavor it will do no harm :)!
 Add to bowl top with croutons and enjoy!
